At the time of first publication of ISO/PAS 22399, the TC 233 technicla committee comprised delegates from the following countries and organizations: Australia ( SA ), Austria ( ON ), Canada ( SCC ), China ( SAC ), Denmark ( DS ), Finland ( SFS ), France ( AFNOR ), Germany ( DIN ), Indonesia ( BSN ), Israel ( SII ), Jamaica ( BSJ ), Japan ( JISC ), Kenya ( KEBS ), Libyan Arab Jamahiriya ( LNCSM ), Morocco ( SNIMA ), Netherlands ( NEN ), Norway ( SN ), Peru ( INDECOPI ), Portugal ( IPQ ), Republic of Korea ( KATS ), Russian Federation ( GOST R ), Serbia ( ISS ), Singapore ( SPRING SG ), South Africa ( SABS ), Spain ( AENOR ), Thailand ( TISI ), The Côte-d'Ivoire ( CODINORM ), Trinidad and Tobago ( TTBS ), United States ( ANSI ), Ukraine ( DSSU ), United Kingdom ( BSI ).A number of other countires/organizations were also designated as "observing" parties.
